Information We Collect

When you submit a service-availability or property-assessment request, we collect the contact and property details you enter, including your name, email, phone number when provided, general property location, property type, service needs, timing, and notes.

How We Use It

We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate service availability, discuss property needs, screen abusive submissions, and maintain a record of the inquiry. We do not sell submitted lead information.

Service Providers

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Cloudflare KV for retained lead records, Resend for email notification, and the website hosting provider for request processing. These providers process only the information needed for those functions under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and Security

Website lead records are configured to expire after 90 days unless a shorter or longer period is required for an active customer conversation or legal obligation. The form does not retain the Turnstile token or raw IP address in the lead record. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
